SD6-D Active Specifications
	The SD6-D Active Monitor has all you need to make a stand alone precision acoustic work environment.
	The Electronics comes with built in USB Audio and SFDIF capable of sampling up to 192kHz. Control and second channel audio can be shared between a pair of speakers using either a 3.25mm RTS audio patch cable or an SPDIF cable. A subwoofer send option exists for sending a filtered subwoofer signal to a separate subwoofer unit.
	The optional remote control allows for the powering into and out of standby mode and for volume adjustment.
	The supplied software allows the user to program the speakers via a PC via a USB cable.
	The speakers sonic quality is governed by a comprehensive active DSP filtering section. Our in house guru Brad Serhan has tuned the speaker to his optimum ear. Other 'voicings' will be available through our web site as we find alternate tunings. The woofer section has 12 dedicated DSP filter sections. The tweeter has 12 dedicated DSP filter sections. The subwoofer send has 6 dedicated DSP filter sections. This allows Brad to optimally tune the design for critical listening and optimised holography.

The SD6-D has all you need to make a stand alone precision acoustic work environment. Simply connect to your PC via the USB Audio cable (max 6 metres) and interconnect the 2 speakers with a SPDIF cable (a high quality RCA cable max 6 metres), install the PC driver, and play your downloaded FLAC files at 96/24! Alternatively use the analogue RCA input to cue directly from analogue sends.

The product is assembled by hand in Australia where the precision alignment of prismatic tweeter components occur that are crucial to the refined holographic sounds of Solphonique.
